Rabi Shrestha and Family

Rabi Shrestha and Family

Pastor Rabi and Mahima Shrestha from Kathmandu, Nepal. This is who God is to the majority of the world… The Unknown God. People live their whole life not knowing their Creator and His care for them. Without the knowledge of God, people can’t have a relationship with Him. He sent His Son 2,000 years ago to rescue us from sin and death and desires us to come and trust Him. He is offering life, yet many don’t even know He is offering it. Many people in the world haven’t had access to this life changing message, and as a result are facing an eternity separated from God. Barriers like language, location, isolation, and geopolitical forces have prevented many from hearing the truth. Rabi believed in Budha and at the age of 16, he became very sick for a long time. He began questioning Budha and searching for God. It was at that time that he agreed to go to church with his mother who was a Christian. As other Christians at church prayed for him, he was healed. Rabi heard the Gospel and accepted Jesus as his Savior during that time. As a young man, he had a hunger to know the Bible and be equipped for the ministry. He attended Calvary Chapel Bible College and after graduation, he began a Bible study in his home area.Rabi was married to his wife Mahima in December 2018. In addition to planting a church in his home town, Calvary Chapel Baniyatar, he is also teaching at the Calvary Chapel Pastors Training Center and School of Ministry each week. He has a heart of compassion for the sick and a passion to share the Gospel both in his country and online with many who watch weekly teachings from overseas.

Home Fellowships

Home Fellowships

By the grace of God we do home fellowship near our church and far way to unreached people. They hear we are coming and they come. Please pray they come to know the Lord Jesus.

Ministry to the Sick

Ministry to the Sick

We go to hospital and pray for the sick and those who are facing health situations. God put the burden on me to share the gospel to the sick and to take them to the hospital. One man I met this way had cancer and he passed but he became a believer before passing. His sister has accepted the Lord Jesus as Lord and Savior.
